7 ways to prepare for the next crisis

drstellamd Comments Off

Are you ready for the next crisis? Unfortunately, we now live in a world where threats of plandemics, world wars, black outs, cyber-attacks etc., are a looming threat to our safety and our wellbeing. However, it is important that we do not fall into the trap of living in fear of these things. We can rest in the promise that the Lord will take care of His people as we also do our part by being prepared.

Here are a few things you can do to prepare for a potential national crisis and have peace of mind:

  1. Emergency Supplies: Stock up on essential items like storable food (3 month supply), water, first aid kits, and necessary medications. Ensure you have enough to sustain yourself and your family for at 3 months.
  2. Emergency Plan: Develop a comprehensive emergency plan, including evacuation routes, communication strategies, and a designated meeting point for your family.
  3. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of news and alerts related to potential crises. Follow reliable alternative media sources that will offer truthful insights on what is going on.
  4. Financial Preparedness: Establish an emergency fund to cover unexpected expenses. Ensure important documents like insurance policies, identification, and medical records are readily accessible and stored securely.
  5. Community Engagement: Find and connect with likeminded people. Being part of a supportive network can provide valuable resources and assistance during a crisis.
  6. Over the counter medicines: It’s a good idea to keep a basic supply of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines for common ailments in your medicine cabinet. Pain killers, first aid supplies, topical medicines for minor skin irritation and fever thermometer.
  7. Medical Preparedness: One of the things most people overlook when “prepping” for a disaster is medicines. During a disaster, it is possible that people will not have access to pharmacy or certain medicines will be bar from use as we saw during the Covid plandemic. This is where my team and I have stepped in to help our patients stock their medicine cabinets with meds they will need in the event of a natural disaster or national crisis.

Here are 2 sets of medicine we believe every one of our patients should have in their medicine Cabinets:

#1 Covid Care Complete – Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine are a must have to in your medicine cabinet to fight most single strand RNA virus including viral respiratory illnesses. Budesonide and a Nebulizer will keep you from needing to go to the hospital in the event that you have difficulty breathing.

#2 Seven Antibiotic you need in an emergency for the most common ailments.

These 2 Emergency Medical kits and more are available on DrStellaMd.com. Simply click the button below to book a telehealth appointment to see one of our Doctors. After the consultation, our network of ‘mom and pop’ Pharmacies, will mail these medicines to you in all 50 States.
